CIRQUE DU SOLEIL’S R.U.N LAS VEGAS DIGITAL TAKEOVER OF MGM DIGITAL SCREEN SIGNAGE
R.U.N. was labeled as "the first live-action thriller by Cirque du Soleil and will contain stunts, chases, extreme-sports, and pyrotechnics. It was the first Cirque du Soleil show to not have any acrobatics. The story for R.U.N. follows a gangland wedding between two clans that has comes to a halt as a man flees from the scene. The bride of the wedding leads a chase after the man in a stunt-filled action-packed performance.
The Brief:
Create 24 animations from standard SD, HD to extreme verticals & squares, sizes will be provided. Animations need to be 8 seconds long with the last half must end with R.U.N logo and tagline to ensure people see logo. Animations will also be used for social media content. This will be a digital takeover of MGM Las Vegas properties to announce Cirque du Soleil’s new upcoming show. Look must convey edgy, glitchy, fast-paced feel. layered assets provided.
Storyboards expressed the overall tone of how the animations would look. Little notes and arrows explained in further details of the movements.
